0210 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical Consultant

As a D365 Commerce Technical Consultant, you’ll oversee the Retail technology solutions, ensuring operational stability for all international stores and introducing new features.

You’ll manage D365 Commerce and POS applications, peripherals, mobile, and payment solutions.

Additionally, you’ll provide technical expertise for projects and guide the business and Store Experience Operation team in expanding into new markets.

Responsibilities:
Manage Microsoft D365 Commerce, including POS and relevant in-store applications.
Oversee D365 environments and processes during testing and release phases.
Support POS and POS clients in stores.
Advise and support colleagues on technical matters.
Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution, including L3 support.
Maintain updated technical documentation.
Escalate issues to relevant vendors.

Experience:
Implementation and support of retail solutions.

Qualifications:
Proficient in POS systems and peripherals support.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, mobile, and web applications.
Familiarity with application maintenance and SQL databases.

Competencies:
Experience with retail solutions and POS applications.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Commerce
Experience with large retail solution implementations.
Agile delivery framework familiarity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Service-oriented with good business acumen.
